Chapter1
前期調研

項目地位于河南信陽(yáng)浉河區，信陽(yáng)位于河南省最南端，淮河上游，東臨安徽，南靠武漢，是京廣，京九“兩縱”經(jīng)濟帶的腹地，信陽(yáng)市距離明港機場(chǎng)43公里，312和107國道穿城而過(guò)，G4和G40在信陽(yáng)東站附近交匯互通，地理位置素有三省通衢之稱(chēng)，項目地塊距離南灣湖景區大門(mén)也僅兩公里，交通條件十分便利。

Project is located in Henan Xinyang Shihe District, Xinyang is located in the southernmost tip of Henan Province, the upper reaches of the Huaihe River, east of Anhui, south of Wuhan, is the Beijing-Guangzhou, Beijing-Kowloon “two vertical” economic belt hinterland, Xinyang City, 43 kilometres away from the airport in Mingkang, 312 and 107 National Highway across the city, G4 and G40 in Xinyang East Station near the intersection of interchanges, the geographic location of the three provincial thoroughfares, the project site from the gates of the scenic area of the Nanwan Lake is also only two kilometres, the traffic conditions are very convenient.

Chapter2
品牌設計

“喜”：代表喜悅、快樂(lè )和幸福的情感，象征新婚夫婦的喜悅之情和婚禮的慶祝氛圍?！毕唷保罕硎鞠嘤?、相愛(ài)和相守?！狈辍保阂馕吨?zhù)相遇和相聚。

” Xi “: representing the emotions of joy, pleasure and happiness.Symbolizes the joy of the newlyweds and the celebratory atmosphere of the wedding.”Xiang”: signifies meeting, loving and abiding together.”Feng”: means to meet and get together.

在中國文化中，喜鵲象征著(zhù)喜悅、好運和吉祥。喜鵲是一種美麗而活潑的鳥(niǎo)類(lèi)，常常以成對的形式出現。它們被認為是愛(ài)情和幸福的使者，它們的出現被視為吉祥的預兆。

In Chinese culture, magpies symbolize joy, good luck and good fortune.Magpies are beautiful and lively birds that often appear in pairs.They are considered messengers of love and happiness.Their appearance is seen as an omen of good fortune.

品牌標志
Logo

喜相逢，營(yíng)造的是一種相逢的喜悅。兩只喜鵲相對展翅，象征喜鵲相逢時(shí)的吉祥與美好。

The Joyful Meeting creates a joy of meeting each other. The two magpies spread their wings opposite each other to symbolise the auspiciousness and beauty when magpies meet.

品牌色彩
Color Palette

我們結合新人相逢時(shí)的喜悅感來(lái)設計品牌色彩。運用玫紅色喜慶、吉祥的象征意義來(lái)妝點(diǎn)品牌字體，賦予品牌以吉祥、歡快的喜慶氛圍。這樣的色彩選擇給人以平和、愉悅的享受。

We designed the brand colours to incorporate the sense of joy that couples feel when they meet. We used the symbolism of rosy red to decorate the brand’s font, giving the brand an auspicious, cheerful and festive atmosphere. This colour choice gives people a sense of calm and pleasure.

為了突出品牌視覺(jué)設計的特點(diǎn)，我們綜合了各項品牌視覺(jué)設計要素，力求打造一個(gè)完美的視覺(jué)符號以代表品牌文化，展現品牌價(jià)值，體現品牌功能。

In order to highlight the characteristics of the brand visual design, we integrated various brand visual design elements, and strive to create a perfect visual symbol to represent the brand culture, show the brand value, and reflect the brand function.

我們秉承著(zhù)為品牌賦能，幫品牌成長(cháng)，助品牌蛻變的路徑和目標，精心為每一位客戶(hù)打造專(zhuān)屬自己的品牌內核與外觀(guān)，力求增強品牌的識別度與知曉度。

We are adhering to the path and goal of empowering the brand, helping the brand to grow, and helping the brand to transform, and we carefully create an exclusive brand core and appearance for each client, and strive to enhance brand recognition and awareness.

Chapter3
設計構思

自然、浪漫、現代、夢(mèng)幻。

Natural, romantic, modern and dreamy.

構成元素：自然、花園。

Component elements: nature, garden.

建筑本體大多使用白色材質(zhì)，營(yíng)造神圣浪漫的感覺(jué)。

Most of the building body is made of white material to create a sacred and romantic feeling.

玻璃花窗為建筑增添色彩。

Glass windows add colour to the building.

花海景觀(guān)與建筑共同營(yíng)造浪漫莊園。

The floral landscape and the architecture together create a romantic manor.

藍天、白云、樹(shù)蔭、微風(fēng)，歡聲笑語(yǔ)中的攜手和祝福。時(shí)間好像在這一刻停止……夢(mèng)想中的婚禮該是這樣。

Blue sky, white clouds, shade, breeze, laughter hand in hand and blessing. Time seems to stop at this moment …… dream wedding should be like this.

Chapter4
外立面與景觀(guān)設計

園區一共分為接待中心、宴會(huì )中心、廚房等八棟建筑。我們?yōu)閳@區的接待中心、宴會(huì )中心分別做了外立面與景觀(guān)設計。

The park is divided into eight buildings including reception centre, banquet centre and kitchen. We did the facade and landscape design for the reception centre and banquet centre of the park.

接待中心

建筑為舊建筑改造，在基礎結構不動(dòng)的條件下，增加縱向造型及金屬飾面以達到輕法式風(fēng)格的效果。

The building is a renovation of an old building, and under the condition that the basic structure remains intact, vertical modelling and metal finishes are added to achieve the effect of light French style.

外立面1

用大小不一的拱形門(mén)做基礎墻體造型，再用金屬花紋板和石材營(yíng)造質(zhì)感打造歐式風(fēng)格建筑。

Use arches of varying sizes for the base wall moulding, then create texture with metal patterned panels and stone to create a European style building.

外立面2

采用金屬穿孔板作為背景飾面，打造偏向現代風(fēng)格的建筑。

Perforated metal panels were used as a background finish to create a building that favours a contemporary style.

外立面3

采用金屬與鋁板的反差進(jìn)行設計，將疏密不同的造型拼接在一起形成對比關(guān)系。

Designed using the contrast between metal and aluminium panels, the sparse and dense shapes are spliced together to create a contrasting relationship.

外立面4

結合拱形花窗，將外立面營(yíng)造出截斷的視覺(jué)效果，打造法式風(fēng)格建筑。

Combined with arched flower windows, the facade creates a truncated visual effect to create a French style building.

外立面5

將鏡面鋁板與長(cháng)條燈帶進(jìn)行結合，營(yíng)造漸變序列，打造現代風(fēng)格建筑。

Mirrored aluminium panels are combined with long strips of light to create a gradient sequence for a modern style of architecture.

外立面6

將長(cháng)方形方格設計進(jìn)行疏密對比排列，再加上燈光暈染氛圍，打造現代法式風(fēng)格建筑。

The rectangular square design is sparsely and densely arranged in a contrasting arrangement, coupled with lighting to halo the atmosphere, creating a modern French style architecture.

景觀(guān)設計

我們追求自然之美，將大自然的一草一木作為元素貫穿到設計理念之中，呈現一個(gè)人文與自然高度融合的建筑空間。

We pursue the beauty of nature and use every blade of nature as an element throughout the design concept, presenting an architectural space with a high degree of integration of humanity and nature.

主宴會(huì )廳由六棟分別朝向不同方向的獨立建筑組成，建筑主色調為淺色調。為了凸顯質(zhì)感與氛圍，我們增加了金屬材質(zhì)與鏡面花窗的設計，使得每一棟建筑擁有自己的特色。讓顧客在現代與法式復古風(fēng)格中游走，以滿(mǎn)足不同種類(lèi)的審美需求。

The main ballroom consists of six separate buildings facing in different directions with light colours. In order to emphasise the texture and ambience, we have added metallic materials and mirrored windows to give each building its own character. This allows customers to move between modern and French vintage styles to satisfy different kinds of aesthetic needs.
